Services

I provide freelance services, like, web development, graphic design, workout consultancy, data analysis and more. All services are delivered as per the project requirements and agreed upon timelines.

Payment Terms

• Payments for services must be made upfront or as per the payment schedule agreed upon in the contract.
• Payment method includes Razorpay as of now. (Waiting for approval)
• In case of non-payment or delays, services will be put on hold until the payment is cleared.

Revisions and Approvals

• All projects come with multiple revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Client approvals are necessary at each stage of the project.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, with a prior notice of 7 days. Upon termination, the client will be billed for any work completed up to that point.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables will remain my intellectual property until full payment is received. Once the payment is completed, the intellectual property will be transferred to the client.

Limitation of Liability

I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services or website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Post-Delivery: No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables have been approved by the client.

Refund Process

Since I provide digital services, there is no physical shipping involved. However, I ensure timely and efficient delivery of all project deliverables through digital means.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines will be clearly defined in the project proposal or contract. Any delays will be communicated promptly to the client.

Delivery Method

All project files, designs, or deliverables will be sent to the client via secure online platforms, such as email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late Delivery

In case of delays, I will notify the client immediately and provide a revised delivery schedule. If I fail to deliver within the revised schedule, a partial refund or discount may be considered.

I understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

Before the Project Starts

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made before the project begins.

After the Project Starts

• For cancellations made after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up until the cancellation date.
